i. 9 New members this quarter
ii. Current MP at 126
Communications
i. UG portion of Spring newsletter is done and submitted to Scott
ii. Parents’ Committee is in the process of being formed
iii. UG website needs a new webmaster

i. Greek Week was a success

i. Interview for chapter of the year went very well
ii. 4 of 11 men on Homecoming court are SigEps
iii. 2 of 24 new Sphinx inductees are SigEps
iv. Meeting space is very limited now- considering having chapter meetings at church

Alumni Board Business
New contact info for alumni received from OSU- info needs to be merged with existing database
Looking for a company to manage alumni website and database
i. Company needed to address site needs quickly
ii. 5 or 6 projects currently “in queue” for the site
iii. Brad G. and John W. have already met with 1 company
iv. Still looking for other contenders
Discussion on mailing scheduling
i. Discussion on mailing newsletters, postcards, etc
ii. Repeat scheduling for mailing will be continued to keep up constant contact
